New report warns that GP workloads are at critical point

A new report has revealed the unprecedented effect of unmanageable workloads on GPs and the impact on wellbeing, ability to perform duties safely, and future retention and recruitment of doctors into general practice. Over 1000 GPs from across the UK were surveyed for the new report, ‘Diagnosing the GP crisis: voices from the front line of primary care’. It was conducted by Red Whale, primary care medical education provider.
