Psychosis in Parkinson’s disease

Parkinson’s Disease (PD) is the second most common neurodegenerative disorder after Alzheimer’s Disease. Most of the earlier breakthroughs in treating the illness focused on the motor manifestations but in recent years, there has been an increasing awareness of the nonmotor complications of the disease. Psychotic phenomena are common and their presence leads to significant morbidity.
